What Types of Membership Plans Do You Offer?
At Indianapolis Family Dentistry, we offer three different plans that are uniquely tailored to fit the needs of each of your loved ones. Each plan has a list of included services, so you won’t have to guess about what’s covered and what isn’t, because it’s all right in front of you! When you visit our office to purchase one, you’ll be able to choose from any of the plans below. Keep in mind, in addition to everything listed, you’ll also receive 15 to 20 percent off all additional services you get.
Child Complete (13 and Younger)
For your children, we offer a special plan that covers all of their needs for a developing smile. For $228 a year or $19 a month, your child will receive two professional checkups and cleanings, one preventive fluoride treatment to strengthen their enamel, routine X-rays, and an emergency examination, because we want you to feel prepared in case the unexpected happens.
Adult Complete (14 and Older)
For adults who have a fully-grown smile, you can purchase a plan that covers all preventive dental services. For $300 a year or $25 a month, you will receive two professional checkups and cleanings, including two oral cancer screenings, routine X-rays, and one emergency exam.
Perio
At Indianapolis Family Dentistry, we understand that it’s not rare for patients to suffer from oral health problems such as gum disease. That’s why we included a Perio plan for $480 a year or $40 a month. It includes three perio maintenance appointments, two professional examinations and oral cancer screenings, routine X-rays, and one emergency exam.
